Thank you for submitting this question. Bad foods are partly dependent on each person's own biochemistry.
Foods high in simple sugars should definitely be avoided, because they raise insulin levels and this has been proven to shorten lifespan.
Bad foods include all processed foods, trans fats or hydrogenated oils, foods sweetened with corn syrup, and excitotoxins like aspartame, and mono-sodium glutamate.
soy also makes the list of bad foods unless it has been made into a fermented product such as Japanese Miso.
To simplify things, just avoid eating processed foods and eat your foods raw whenever it is safe to do so.
